We are looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The TA Partner is responsible for proactively executing the full life cycle recruiting efforts for Princess Cruises corporate positions, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. They will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving talent acquisition efforts across the company. They will be a talent advisor who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the company. They will build relationships with their Hiring Managers and formulate a recruiting strategy to attract, recruit, and close top candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Sources, assesses, recruits, and closes top talent.
  • Identifies and executes recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates, considering sourcing tools and advertising methods with a focus on ROI.
  • Identifies qualified applicants, conducts diagnostic interviews, administers tests, evaluates applicant qualifications, provides detailed candidate write-ups, schedules interviews, conducts HM debrief sessions, and checks references. Extends job offers explaining full job description, terms, pay rate, and benefits.
  • Maintains data integrity in all systems and provides weekly update reports to TA standards.
  • Builds a proactive pipeline and actively manages these relationships for future opportunities.
  • Maintains close relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager of Talent Acquisition, aligned with department needs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of successful recruiting experience
  • Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables
  • Ability to source candidates through multiple channels
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and managing a recruitment desk
  • Ability to utilize multiple closing techniques
  • Ability to analyze recruitment market data
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and intellectual agility
  • Ability to work across various roles and disciplines
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and operating in a fluid environment
  • This position is Hybrid, with three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
