Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle a variety of business litigation and employment defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings
• Assist with case strategy and client communication
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters
  

Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with a focus on commercial litigation and/or employment defense
• Experience in all stages of litigation, including depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Military | JAG legal experience considered instead of private practice litigation
