Minami Tamaki LLP, an AV-rated firm in San Francisco, seeks an Associate attorney for its Consumer and Employee Rights Group who fits the following profile:

• 3+ years of litigation experience in state and federal courts;
• Employment law and class action experience is a plus;
• Excellent legal research and writing skills;
• Strong communication and advocacy skills;
• Commitment to social justice;

The Associate attorney will focus on employment, consumer rights, and general commercial litigation matters. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court, and administrative agency proceedings. Upon joining Minami Tamaki, the Associate attorney can expect to take on major case responsibility, including depositions, dispositive motions, and trial.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model and offices in downtown San Francisco.

In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between $120,000/year – $180,000+/year. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Your actual pay will depend on your experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
