Overview
They’re now looking for a talented Sales Executive who have experience of selling to General Contractors and Owners within the Commercial and Residential sectors.

Where you will make a difference
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential enterprise clients in the construction and heavy industry sectors.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns (via calls, emails, and LinkedIn) to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualification & Nurturing: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and qualify them according to established criteria.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings/demos, and support the sales cycle through to closure.
- Market & Industry Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the construction and heavy industry sectors.
- Provide feedback and insights to marketing and product teams.
- Travel & On-site Visits: Willingness to travel as required to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site meetings.
Who you are
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in selling to the construction industry or similar heavy industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in closing enterprise-level deals.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel frequently across India for client meetings and industry events.
- Tools & Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with digital prospecting techniques and platforms.
- Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
You'd be perfect if you have
- Experience in enterprise software or technology solutions related to the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
