Uber has transformed the market for on-demand mobility. We're now broadening our offerings with reservation-based services. Doing this successfully requires us to extend and innovate on our foundational marketplace tech. We're looking for a Senior PM to join our Reserve team to lead our Rider pricing products, helping revolutionize the way riders who plan in advance can be connected with drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for evolving our Rider pricing technology and experiences, driving towards greater optimality, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Build behind-the-scenes pricing capabilities and front-end consumer experiences to meet customer needs and maximize marketplace value.
  • Drive trip growth, improve reservation reliability, design scalable platforms, and increase efficiency to balance affordability and driver earnings.
  • Track success through experiments and translate results into impactful metrics.
  • Communicate vision, progress, and results to leadership and partners.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Define product specs and launch plans for new features.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of experiments and features, from success metrics to testing and reporting.
  • Represent rider and driver needs in product strategy.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of PM experience delivering successful tech products.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong design instincts and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to structure and clarify a v1 product, incorporating feedback into long-term plans.
  • Analytical skills to translate results into user requirements and product roadmaps.
