We're now broadening our offerings with reservation-based services. Doing this successfully requires us to extend and innovate on our foundational marketplace tech. We're looking for a Senior PM to join our Reserve team to lead our Rider pricing products, helping revolutionize the way riders who plan in advance can be connected with drivers. Responsibilities

Own the vision and strategy for evolving our Rider pricing technology and experiences, driving towards greater optimality, efficiency, and reliability. Build behind-the-scenes pricing capabilities and front-end consumer experiences to meet customer needs and maximize marketplace value. Drive trip growth, improve reservation reliability, design scalable platforms, and increase efficiency to balance affordability and driver earnings. Track success through experiments and translate results into impactful metrics. Communicate vision, progress, and results to leadership and partners. What the Candidate Will Do

Define product specs and launch plans for new features. Own end-to-end delivery of experiments and features, from success metrics to testing and reporting. Represent rider and driver needs in product strategy. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years of PM experience delivering successful tech products. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Strong design instincts and experience leading cross-functional teams. Ability to structure and clarify a v1 product, incorporating feedback into long-term plans. Analytical skills to translate results into user requirements and product roadmaps. Preferred Qualifications

Strong data interpretation skills. Customer empathy and focus on positive user experiences. Experience building cross-functional relationships. Ability to advise on engineering decisions. Bias toward action, collaboration, and clarity. Hands-on approach and proven product scaling success. Excellent communication skills. Educational background in relevant fields.
