The CREC Academy of Science and Innovation seeks to hire an Associate Instructor to work as a core member of the school’s Restorative Team. The Associate Instructor will be responsible for providing academic support, behavioral redirection, collaborating with classroom teachers to support student needs, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include collecting, tracking, and entering student data into the district portal, training in restorative practices, and providing student conflict resolution as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in education or a related field, the ability to work collaboratively, and effective communication skills. Previous experience working with middle and high school students is recommended.
