What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a small product team, promoting professional development and team engagement
- Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements
- Engage stakeholders to identify problems and prototype effective solutions
- Ensure an intuitive user experience using human-centered design methods
- Oversee data integration and management processes to track fundraising activities and donor insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and/or fundraising, combined with business application or digital product development
- Minimum 5 years of staff management experience
- Proficiency in product management and collaboration with stakeholders and engineers
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud product management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Data Cloud
- Proficiency with design collaboration tools and product analytics or digital adoption tools
- Experience in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
