We are seeking a Product Marketing Director for a leading telecommunications company. This role requires a strong understanding of IT personas —the key users and stakeholders who interact with enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing to CIOs and senior IT decision-makers , with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with this audience.

A deep familiarity with the types of products offered by Charter is essential. These include:

• Data and networking solutions
• Unified communications
• Internet and WiFi connectivity
• Managed switching
• Private networking (e.g., Ethernet)
• SD-WAN
• Cybersecurity services

While expertise in all these areas is not required, the candidate must be able to confidently speak to and market the technologies they are familiar with.

Additionally, a solid grasp of the subscription-based business model is critical—whether from telecom, SaaS, data centers, or managed service providers (MSPs).

• Product Marketing Expertise – Proven ability to position and message technology products effectively.
• Leadership Experience – Strong background in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• B2B Technology Background – Experience in enterprise tech, ideally in telecom, data centers, or MSPs.
• Results-Driven Mindset – Demonstrated success in driving revenue, EBITDA, and key performance indicators.
• Strategic Communication – Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, value-driven messaging for executive audiences.

Compensation:

$150,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary.
