We are partnering with a respected national law firm seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience .

• Compensation : The anticipated salary range for this position is between $215,000 - $260,000 (DOE) + Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance
• Experience: 3+ years handling patent litigation matters in a private law firm setting, additional experience in trade secrets is a plus
• Benefits : Including 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave
• Important Facts : The firm has seen five consecutive years of revenue, profit, and headcount growth--an achievement only a handful ofAmLaw 100 firms can claim; profits per partner, ~$1m (reflecting potential upside if you become partner and indicates stability and opportunity); profits per lawyer, ~$200k (indicating sustainable workloads, strong client demand, and opportunities for advancement)
