About The Job
As a Louis Vuitton Human Resources Director, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. This vital role will partner with the local Regional & Retail Management leadership teams in accomplishing strategic & commercial objectives through the optimization of workforce & HR planning. You will focus on recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent, while promoting our brand as an employer of choice.
You will provide strategic support and guidance, ensuring teams are trained on HR legal obligations. You will lead initiatives related to employee reviews, headcount, staff costs, and other projects.
Job responsibilities
- Develop Managers to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through coaching, identifying development needs, and creating action plans.
- Build a culture of engagement and high performance, increasing productivity and retention; coach managers on conflict resolution, performance management, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and LV policies, and communicate these to employees.
- Partner with Internal Communications for regional rollout when needed.
Self & Team Development
- Manage the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign to support team development.
- Oversee the Organizational Management Review (OMR) for talent identification and retention.
- Collaborate with Talent Development and HR leaders for succession planning.
- Identify training needs and work with Talent Acquisition and Retail Training to develop strategies.
Delivering Excellence
- Lead talent acquisition planning for retail and regional management positions.
- Advise managers on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance.
- Manage ER investigations thoroughly and in line with legislation.
- Partner with C&B to complete annual compensation reviews and ensure accurate employee payments and benefits.
Profile
Experience in senior HR roles (10+ years), retail experience preferred, strong coaching, communication, employee relations, performance management, talent development, HR compliance, analytical skills, and project management.
Additional information
