Position Overview
The Division of Infectious Diseases and the Division of Emergency Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine are recruiting a qualified physician to join the Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Emergency Medicine teams at the new North Austin campus. This state-of-the-art facility includes a 52-bed inpatient hospital and an adjacent outpatient center offering a full range of specialties and subspecialties.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have completed a Fellowship Program in Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Experience in patient care for these specialties is preferred. Board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Emergency Medicine is required.
Responsibilities
The physician will dedicate approximately 30% of her/his time to inpatient consultation services for Pediatric Infectious Diseases and 20% to patient care in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
