We seek a Personal Lines Account Manager who excels in building relationships through excellent service and communication. A passion for educating customers on insurance options is essential. The role requires a strong collaborative relationship with the producers.

Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values

Professionalism
  • Build customer relationships with responsiveness and urgency.
  • Maintain confidentiality with clients and within the agency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to solicit additional coverage.
Accountability
  • Provide renewal information to producers and account managers 30 days prior to renewal.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating monthly reports.
Initiative
  • Review existing policies for coverage gaps.
  • Work with producers to prepare applications and submit to carriers.
  • Guide CSR in policy preparation for delivery.
  • Document all activities and communications.
Adaptability
  • Handle inquiries and notify producers of important changes.
  • Review renewal coverages and provide guidance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain/maintain a Commercial Lines Insurance License.
  • Insurance designations such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, CLU are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Punctuality and attendance.
  • Open-minded, quick learner, enthusiastic, adaptable.
