- Must be able to float to other sister locations
- The weekend requirement is 4 shifts per 4-week schedule. This can be accomplished with every other weekend or splitting weekends, typically whatever works best. We rarely have agency staff move between locations, but they could get pulled to other departments in the hospital. This is also extremely rare for ICU, and if it were to happen they would most likely go to the SDU on the same floor.
