Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Take appropriate action based on the results of member information screened against external state/federal databases.
- Complete the eligibility determination process.
- Generate case disposition letters.
- Perform data entry functions using imaged documents.
- Accurately enter all appropriate information.
- Implement data entry requirements in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain performance standards established for the position.
- Type at a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Handle all activities related to eligibility application screening.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to interact courteously and effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software.
- Ability to learn skills for quick and accurate data entry.
