Role Description:

The primary responsibility of the Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a designated segment of Personal Lines accounts, including auto, homeowners, and excess lines. The role emphasizes providing personalized assistance to clients, promoting teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • P&C Licensed
  • 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
  • Prior Customer Service experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience with Vertafore AMS360 Management System.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Personal Lines clients via calls, emails, mail, and office visits as needed.
  • Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients, including quoting, application preparation, binders, policy issuance, and processing down payments.
  • Discuss and advise clients on policy coverage recommendations.
  • Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance to contribute to agency growth.
  • Review renewal policies, make suggestions to clients, and remarket if necessary to retain business.
  • Guide clients through the claims reporting process and provide assistance throughout the claim process.
