Role Description:
The primary responsibility of the Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a designated segment of Personal Lines accounts, including auto, homeowners, and excess lines. The role emphasizes providing personalized assistance to clients, promoting teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
- P&C Licensed
- 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
- Prior Customer Service experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience with Vertafore AMS360 Management System.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Personal Lines clients via calls, emails, mail, and office visits as needed.
- Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients, including quoting, application preparation, binders, policy issuance, and processing down payments.
- Discuss and advise clients on policy coverage recommendations.
- Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance to contribute to agency growth.
- Review renewal policies, make suggestions to clients, and remarket if necessary to retain business.
- Guide clients through the claims reporting process and provide assistance throughout the claim process.
