Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Onyx Insurance Brokers is an independent property & casualty insurance brokerage serving homeowners & business owners. Were expanding our team and looking for a motivated Personal Lines Sales Manager to help us close warm leads and internal referrals and service our existing clients.

We have a diverse, fun and young office culture of dedicated professionals. As a sales manager, you are an invaluable part of our team in assisting clients with insurance questions regarding plans, products, and benefits.

What Youll Do

• Handle inbound leads & referrals from our existing client base
• Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand client needs
• Present tailored insurance solutions for personal policies
• Close sales quickly while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach
• Cross-sell additional policies to strengthen client relationships
• Work closely with our back-end team for quoting and policy servicing
• Keep up with the market and trends

What Were Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Kick-ass attitude
• Proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
• Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools
