We are a precision-driven provider of conformal coating services for printed circuit boards (PCBs) , proudly serving high-reliability markets including aerospace, defense, drones, and advanced technology . Our clients demand timeliness, traceability, and white-glove servicevalues that guide every step of our operation.
As we continue to grow in employee size, we will need an HR Assistant/Office Manager to assist with handling the day-to-day tasks in the Billerica facility.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant/Office Manager who brings a willingness to manage the day-to-day Human Resources Assistant and Office Manager tasks. This role will report to the Human Resources in California with a dotted line to the General Manager in Massachusetts.
This role requires an individual who can pivot when needed, have a firmness to stick with company policies and regulations, and can keep information confidential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support and complete all audits and document the audit process
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding process
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and maintaining positive employee relations
  • Maintaining employee files, updating databases, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
  • Assist with weekly timecard audit for all temporary, full-time, and part-time staff
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in the offboarding process for employees
  • Establish clear internal workflows for processing orders, managing changes, and resolving issues, ensuring ownership and accountability at each stage
  • Assist with implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with operations, facility and logistics managers for their office needs.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience, office management experience, or related field experience required
  • Background in manufacturing, electronics, or high-compliance industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical devices) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain confidential, build trust, and provide transparent updates under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsmust be able to train others in email etiquette, response structure, and tone.
  • Naturally detail-oriented and highly responsiveable to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
