At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution, If so, our client is hiring a Documentation Specialist.
Position Type:
  • Contract
  • Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Required:
  • At least 1-2yrs corporate experience, preferably in a financial services institution.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Adobe PDF.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Will need to coordinate tasks with others on a daily basis.
  • Paralegal experience is a plus.
  • Education
    • Associate's required.
    • Bachelor's preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review exam materials for production including but not limited to: reformatting documents, drafting response letters, BATES stamping.
  • Update and maintain exam tracking logs and exam folders.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) check of documents prior to production.
  • Maintain metrics related to exams.
  • Conduct searches of tracking logs for similar historic requests and findings.
  • Facilitate sharing of exam-related documents via Teams and Intralinks.
  • Familiarity, proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro.
