At-a-Glance: Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution, If so, our client is hiring a Documentation Specialist.

Position Type:

Contract Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) Required:

At least 1-2yrs corporate experience, preferably in a financial services institution. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Adobe PDF. Good communication and organization skills. Will need to coordinate tasks with others on a daily basis. Paralegal experience is a plus. Education

Associate's required. Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review exam materials for production including but not limited to: reformatting documents, drafting response letters, BATES stamping. Update and maintain exam tracking logs and exam folders. Quality Assurance (QA) check of documents prior to production. Maintain metrics related to exams. Conduct searches of tracking logs for similar historic requests and findings. Facilitate sharing of exam-related documents via Teams and Intralinks. Familiarity, proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro. Get in Touch: We want to hear from you!
