What Were Looking For

The High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager manages insurance portfolios for high-net-worth clients. The role requires deep understanding of personal insurance products for affluent clients, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex assets. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing coverage plans, and providing ongoing support.

A Typical Day

• Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary contact for personal insurance needs.
• Design tailored coverage options for luxury assets.
• Provide risk management advice to mitigate risks and liabilities.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes.
• Assist clients with claims and work with carriers for resolution.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with insurance carriers.
• Conduct portfolio reviews to align coverage with client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications for Success

• Property and Casualty License (must be maintained); CPCU and/or CIC a plus.
• High School Diploma required; a degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in personal lines insurance for high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of luxury insurance products and risk management strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
