Job Summary
The Account Manager works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. Responsibilities include daily client servicing, managing renewals and marketing processes, preparing presentation materials, and collaborating with senior team members. The role involves developing relationships with clients and carriers, working proactively, and supporting the Account Management Team as needed. This position reports to our Plainview, NY or Warrington, PA office with a hybrid schedule, or remotely for experienced PCG/HNW candidates on the East Coast.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate actively in meetings
  • Prepare and send RFPs to insurance carriers, analyze results, and draft renewal presentations
  • Review proposals and source documents for accuracy in collaboration with team members, and communicate directly with clients and carriers with approval
  • Create and maintain client files following office procedures and keep records in the agency management system
  • Address billing questions from clients and insurance companies, with assistance from the Accounting Department

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
  • Over 3 years of industry experience, with Personal Lines/PCG coverage expertise
  • Familiarity with major markets (AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE)
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM experience required, EPIC preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registration
  • Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
  • Designations like CIC, CPCU preferred
What We Offer

Competitive salary, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, discounts, health & wellness programs, and more. Salary range: $59,000 $77,000, determined by experience and location. Performance incentives may apply.
