Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market and high-net-worth personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range : $75,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan.
  • Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $60,000 in premium.
  • Provide full-service account management, including quoting and presenting renewals, processing endorsements, and sending invoices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and improve workflows.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with a focus on middle-market and high-net-worth accounts.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
  • Soft Skills :
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Personable and client-focused.
    • Trainable and adaptable to new technologies and processes.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
