Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market and high-net-worth personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $75,000 - $90,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan. Work Arrangement : Hybrid Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $60,000 in premium. Provide full-service account management, including quoting and presenting renewals, processing endorsements, and sending invoices. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes. Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and improve workflows. Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with a focus on middle-market and high-net-worth accounts. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is required. Soft Skills : Highly organized and detail-oriented. Personable and client-focused. Trainable and adaptable to new technologies and processes. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
