LHH Recruitment Solutions has an RF Engineer Lead role for our client in the Topsfield, MA area. This direct hire role focuses on high-powered RF Engineering of products design and development such as amplifiers, LNAs, solid-state switches, and control components. This hands-on, on-site role involves creating schematics, PCB layout, and evaluation, testing, tuning, and modifying circuits to meet specifications.
Experience with ADS, HFSS, AutoCAD, and PADS as well as EMI/EMC testing per MIL-STD-461 is highly preferred.
This position will REQUIRES proven experience in RF devices and microprocessors and must have proven experience in working with RF Test equipment: network analyzers and spectrum analyzers preferably in a defense and/or military application.
Salary: $135,000-$150,000/yr

Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical aspects high-power RF product development
- Development of solid-state switches, limiters, control components, amplifiers or LNAs.
- Development of multi-function modules from 1MHz to 18+GHz.
- Requires the analysis, research, design, development, fabrication of of high-power RF amplifier circuits, modules, and/or systems
- Requires hands-on testing of high-power RF amplifier circuits, modules, and/or systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years prior RF microwave design and development experience.
- Master's degree and a minimum of 7 years prior RF microwave design and development experience.
- Proven proficiency of no less than 7 years of creating schematics, PCB layout, and evaluation, testing, tuning, and modifying circuits to meet specifications.
- Proven proficiency using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and simulation software.
- Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
