Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of high-power RF products, including amplifiers, LNAs, switches, limiters, and control components
  • Drive product development across a broad frequency range (1 MHz to 18+ GHz)
  • Conduct detailed analysis, modeling, and simulation of RF circuits and systems
  • Oversee the prototyping, fabrication, and integration of RF modules and multifunction assemblies
  • Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and validation of high-power RF hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering
  • Ensure product compliance with performance, reliability, and regulatory standards
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior RF engineers

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 9+ years of RF/microwave design experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in RF/microwave circuit design, including schematic generation and PCB layout
  • Hands-on experience testing, tuning, and modifying RF circuits to meet performance specs
  • Proficient with RF CAD tools and circuit simulation software
  • Skilled in using RF test equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters
  • Experience designing high-power RF control components using both surface-mount and bare die technologies
  • Familiarity with design tools such as ADS, HFSS, AutoCAD, and PADS
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing (MIL-STD-461)
  • Exposure to circuits operating up to 40 GHz
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
