Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize manufacturing processes, including shop routers and bills of materials.
  • Analyze process data, troubleshoot in-process issues, and develop best practices.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain organized, clean work areas following 6S principles.
  • Support customer engagement and provide training to new and existing employees (Master level).
  • Manage projects and implement supply process improvements (Master level).

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum high school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience with aerospace manufacturing standards, CAD/CAM (NX preferred), and GD&T.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis to solve problems effectively.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and train others (Master level).
