Job Description
This Process Engineer will be responsible for:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes from start to finish
- Work hands-on with CNC machines like Mazak, Nagata, Matsura, Makino
- Create and maintain CAD models and process documentation (NX)
- Troubleshoot and support production floor issues
- Collaborate with engineering team to improve quality and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- 5-10 years aerospace manufacturing experience in a smaller shop
- Strong CNC machining and process engineering knowledge
- Proficient with NX CAD software
- Hands on and comfortable working fully on site
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
