Job Title: AI Product Operations Project Manager
Location: Hybrid in New York, Seattle, or Menlo Park
Duration: 6 Months
Summary:
- The Product & Regulatory Operations org is a vital part of commitment to user and business safety on its platforms, delivering operations for emerging and critical priorities across Global Operations and in close partnership with product/eng, legal, and XFN stakeholders.
- Will work on projects that will help drive growth, engagement, and quality of products.
- We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in program/ project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
- Role involves aiding in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, possibly developing plans, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders.
- Ideal candidate will promote cross-functional engagement and communicate program progress to key stakeholders.
- Additionally, we seek someone who has a passion for diving deep to understand where and how these are manifesting on our platforms.
- This individual has a demonstrated ability to leverage large data sets and advanced tooling.
- They also will have strong analytical & investigative skills and should be comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support project scope, develop and execute project plans for supported programs.
- Drive effective, concise, and persuasive program communications/collaboration, including root cause analysis, internal/external escalations coordination, and communications to leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups.
- Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale
- General program management to define project scope, develop and execute plans, and drive risk and compliance activities.
- Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective and timely collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize escalation requests effectively
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, experience leveraging large data sets and advanced tooling
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in operations for a tech company, consulting, operations, or similar roles
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally.
- Ability to make judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proficiency/ Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others.
