About the Role
Our client, a global leader in engineering solutions for mission-critical environments, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, mentor engineering teams, and work on advanced technologies used in some of the world’s toughest environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new product introduction and process improvement projects in a high-mix/low-volume production setting.
- Establish manufacturing standards and create technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Evaluate and implement modern manufacturing technologies and capital equipment.
- Serve as a technical mentor and go-to subject matter expert.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for efficiency and quality gains.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 8+ years in manufacturing engineering—preferably in precision machining.
- Expertise in close-tolerance metal processing (heat treating, forging, casting).
- CAD/CAM skills (NX, SolidWorks, Mastercam preferred).
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.
