Job Title: MES Application Support Engineer

Job Description:
Seeking a skilled MES Technical Analyst to design, implement, and support Manufacturing Execution System solutions for automotive production. This role covers requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and Level 2/3 production support, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with manufacturing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements; perform As-Is/To-Be analysis.
- Design and configure MES for new production lines, including BOP, MBOM, Routes, and Work Instructions.
- Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and other technical teams for deployment and training.
- Manage validation builds, Site Acceptance Tests, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Provide on-call support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 2+ years’ MES design, implementation, and support experience.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and MES platforms (Rockwell FTPC preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
