Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements; perform As-Is/To-Be analysis. Design and configure MES for new production lines, including BOP, MBOM, Routes, and Work Instructions. Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and other technical teams for deployment and training. Manage validation builds, Site Acceptance Tests, and troubleshoot system issues. Provide on-call support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 2+ years’ MES design, implementation, and support experience. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and MES platforms (Rockwell FTPC preferred). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
