Job Description
An employer is looking for a Senior Research Associate, Viral Vector Analytics Support scientists in establishing small and mid-scale AAV production processes with mammalian cell lines. This will enable pharmaceutical/biotech organizations to bring more cell and gene therapies to patients, by dramatically increasing the efficiency of viral vector production and reducing the cost of manufacturing.
Other Responsibilities Include
- This role will support the development and execution of workflows for AAV characterization including titer, packaging ratio, aggregation, and sequence integrity.
- Perform routine sterile cell culture work for mammalian cell lines, including cell passage and cell banking.
- Contribute to the writing and maintenance of SOPs.
- Communicate and present experimental and project progress to the Research team.
- Collaborate with Operations and other teams at 64x Bio to secure experimental resources to complete experiments on time.
