Leasing Consultant (San Jose, CA)
LHH is teaming up with a residential property management organization in San Jose, CA in search of a Leasing Consultant to support daily leasing operations and resident engagement at a 300+ unit community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with leasing applications
- Manage leasing files and re-certifications
- Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- Prior leasing experience required
- Experience with LIHTC / Section 42 leasing paperwork required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (basic), and Outlook required
- Experience with Yardi and Site Manager / Rent Café preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling walk-ins and multitasking
- Punctual and open to training
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on-site in San Jose, CA
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (likely Tuesday–Saturday; some flexibility required)
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour
