$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr Leasing Consultant (San Jose, CA) LHH is teaming up with a residential property management organization in San Jose, CA in search of a Leasing Consultant to support daily leasing operations and resident engagement at a 300+ unit community. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team at a newly leased property in an evolving neighborhood. The community is all-ages and pet-friendly, and the team values a family-first mindset and mutual respect. Leadership is hands-on and encourages open communication and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with leasing applications Manage leasing files and re-certifications Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries with professionalism Collaborate with team members to support daily operations Qualifications: Prior leasing experience required Experience with LIHTC / Section 42 leasing paperwork required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (basic), and Outlook required High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented Comfortable handling walk-ins and multitasking Punctual and open to training Job Type:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (likely Tuesday–Saturday; some flexibility required) Pay Rate:
$24-$26/hour Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
