Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful coordination and execution of multiple concurrent projects within a broader program framework. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and financial considerations across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support program decisions and prioritization.
- Communicate project and program updates to executive stakeholders, including preparation and delivery of reports and dashboards.
- Define project governance policies and ensure compliance across the program.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects to optimize delivery and performance.
- Monitor and manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
- Translate technical components and complex information into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across business units, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3–5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Strong presentation and business communication skills, with experience reporting to executive committees.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to lead through influence, build strong team relationships, and drive initiatives forward in a matrixed organization.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
