**Telecommunication experience is required
We are seeking highly skilled Technical Project Managers at both Senior and Mid-Level to drive critical programs across our Technology & Product (T&P) organization, including Wireless Technology and GTO. You will lead end-to-end (E2E) program planning and delivery through Tech Ready, with additional support during LRT, production trials, and post-launch phases.
This role demands expertise in telecommunications projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
- Partner with engineering, product, and operational teams to meet delivery milestones.
- Drive planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting.
- Ensure readiness for launch through rigorous testing, trial activities, and post-launch stabilization.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
Senior Technical Project Manager
- 10+ years of project management experience, with proven success in complex technical programs.
- PMP certification required .
- Deep experience in E2E program planning and delivery across telecommunications.
- Expertise in supporting critical phases such as LRT, production trials, and post-launch activities.
Mid-Level Technical Project Manager
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- PMP certification preferred .
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Proven track record managing telecommunications projects from planning through delivery.
Required for All Levels
- Telecommunications project experience (mandatory).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
