Flowtec is partnered with a well-established, family-owned general contractor headquartered in Quincy, MA. In business for over 55 years , they have built a strong reputation delivering high-quality h ealthcare and municipal projects across Massachusetts. Due to sustained growth and a healthy backlog of they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
This role will report to the Director of Construction and oversee both renovation and ground-up projects, typically ranging from $2M to $20M in value.

Responsibilities
- Oversee healthcare and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to meet project goals
- Coordinate with field teams, site superintendents, architects, engineers, and owners’ representatives
- Conduct site visits, chair progress meetings, and resolve on-site challenges
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including municipal agencies and healthcare facility administrators
- Utilize Procore or similar project management software for documentation and reporting (preferred)
Experience
- 7+ years of construction management experience, ideally with healthcare and municipal project experience
- Proven success managing both ground-up and renovation projects between $2M–$20M
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Comfortable working in a tight-knit, family-oriented company culture
- Procore experience preferred
- Familiarity with public bid requirements, state compliance regulations, and healthcare facility construction standards is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary $120,000 - $140,000
- Annual discretionary bonus, based on personal and company performance
