Job Description
- Lead and support site-specific safety plans and hazard assessments (AHAs)
- Conduct regular site audits and ensure full compliance with OSHA and project-specific requirements
- Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and guidance to field teams and subcontractors
- Support incident response, investigations, and return-to-work programs
- Maintain accurate project safety files, SDS programs, and verify subcontractor compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years in construction safety with a GC, subcontractor, or EHS consulting firm
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EM385-1-1, and local/federal safety standards
- OSHA 30 or 500 certified
- Competent Person Training in fall protection, confined space, scaffolding, and excavation
- Current First Aid & CPR, plus CQM-C certification
