Job Title: Project Coordinator - Network Infrastructure

Location: Onsite - Menlo Park, CA

Contract Duration: 9 Months


The project coordinator plays a key role in delivering the Network test infrastructure for various Network engineering teams. The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of internal customer team projects, tracking and monitoring project progress with regards to deadlines and customer needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with customers, lab, and cross-functional team members.


Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

Degree in engineering, electrical, or computer science

Worked in a network infrastructure space

Project coordination skills (worked with multiple teams, serviced different partners and teams)

Track materials, ordering, tracking, help with cabling and work with the site teams

Collaborate with lot of customer teams


Good to have skills:

Worked in a network lab or production deployment, a data center


Responsibilities:

Understand the requirements and timeline for customer team projects

Clarify and collect the required information for project execution

Manage material procurement and transfer

Maintain clear bookkeeping of a large inventory

Proactively monitor and track multiple projects

Provide a clear progress report on project execution

Coordinate between the customer and lab site teams towards smooth project execution


Bonus Skills/Experiences:

Previous project coordination or management experience

Experience in data center network operations or background


Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or above) on computer science or a related field
