We’re working with a Houston-based critical power and energy resilience contractor that’s delivering high-stakes infrastructure projects across the healthcare, data center, and industrial sectors. Due to sustained growth, they’re expanding their operations team with a skilled Construction Superintendent to take the lead on major builds across Texas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site construction activities for critical power and electrical infrastructure projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams
  • Oversee installation of generators, UPS, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems
  • Ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high technical standards
  • Conduct regular site meetings, reporting, and progress updates


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager in electrical or critical power projects
  • Deep understanding of power distribution systems, switchgear, generators, and backup power equipment
  • Proven ability to manage field crews, subcontractors, and construction timelines
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Houston-based or open to local travel for project oversight
