The Role:
As Chief Estimator, you’ll lead all preconstruction efforts, developing accurate and competitive cost strategies for projects ranging from $20M to $500M. You’ll oversee a team of estimators, build strong relationships with subcontractors, and play a strategic role in winning complex, high-profile work.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ estimating experience in commercial construction
- Strong portfolio in South Florida high- and mid-rise projects
- 3+ years in a leadership or chief role
- Skilled in Procore, OST, PlanSwift, Bluebeam
- Deep understanding of local subcontractor market
