Estimator – High-Rise Residential & Commercial

A leading General Contractor based in Miami is seeking a talented Estimator to join their dynamic team. Specialising in high-rise residential and commercial developments , this firm is delivering some of the city’s most recognised projects and continues to set the standard in quality and innovation.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale builds from concept to closeout — collaborating with preconstruction, operations, and executive teams in a hybrid environment.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience estimating large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Proven success working within a General Contractor or Developer setting
- Strong understanding of local trade costs, take-offs, and budget management
- Ability to confidently bid on projects ranging from $50M to $500M
- Strong communication and leadership skills
