Superintendent – Multifamily / Affordable Housing
We are seeking a Superintendent with hands-on experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction for an active project in Columbus, OH. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both field and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for a multifamily affordable housing project, ensuring work meets schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Review and interpret coordination drawings to guide field execution and resolve conflicts.
- Use Bluebeam for drawing review, markup, and communication with the project team.
- Manage material procurement and deliveries in alignment with field and design requirements.
- Track lead times and adjust schedules accordingly to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
Qualifications
- Direct experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction required.
- Proficient in Bluebeam and coordination drawing review.
- Skilled in managing material logistics and tracking lead times.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Based in or willing to travel to Columbus, OH as needed.
