Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction
We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Project Manager with strong multifamily construction experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is capable of managing multiple projects with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be based in the Columbus area, though flexibility to travel as needed is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, property staff, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
- Independently manage day-to-day project operations, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates as needed during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards, budget targets, and safety protocols are consistently met.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners across multiple active job sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with a strong background in multifamily projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project success.
- Proficient in construction scheduling and project management tools.
