We are seeking an Assistant Coach for Stanford Womens Lacrosse to support the program through coaching, recruiting, and operational responsibilities. The role involves assisting the Head Coach with training sessions, especially focusing on draw team techniques and offensive strategies. A significant part of the position is recruitingmanaging databases, outreach, campus visits, and off-site events, all aligned with NCAA and university policies. This is a one-year fixed-term position.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning and organizing team training, emphasizing draw team and offensive strategies.
- Recruit student-athletes, managing databases, communicating with coaches, coordinating campus visits, and attending recruiting events.
- Use Hudl Sportscode Elite and JustPlay Sports Solutions for film analysis, video clipping, opponent scouting, and preparing reports.
- Support the Director of Operations with video replay, travel logistics, equipment distribution, and other duties.
- Help plan and execute Stanford Lacrosse Camps.
- Understand and apply NCAA regulations to all program aspects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Stanford provides a comprehensive rewards package, details of which are available on the Cardinal at Work website. The final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
