Location: Hybrid - Must be located in SF Bay Area and able to be in office 2-3 days per week
About The Role
PromptQL is seeking a Sr. GTM Recruiter to partner with our GTM executives and accelerate our growth by hiring world class Sales and GTM talent. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, youll immediately dive into recruiting high-priority roles, particularly Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing Sales talent. We have a ton of momentum from our new AI product, PromptQL, and need a strong Recruiter to hire the GTM team to go out and capitalize on it.
- Drive end-to-end recruiting for sales roles and related GTM roles, specifically supporting our Enterprise Sales team, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity.
- Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier Sales talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
- Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously analyze and optimize recruiting funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
- Own projects and programs extending beyond the typical recruiting activities, ensuring process excellence and a top-notch experience for all candidates.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high tech companies
- You have an accomplished track record of hiring Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives that have experience selling a very technical product
- You love to source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Gem AI Sourcing, or other means
- You can craft strong value propositions across Sales, GTM, and technical roles alike
- A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments for hard to fill positions
- Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvements
- Determined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challenges
- Base Salary 140,000 - 185,000
- Annual Bonus
