Salary & Additional Benefits:
- $65,000-$75,000

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring proper routing for approval.
- Track and log payments to vendors and subcontractors.
- Research and respond to vendor/subcontractor inquiries as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scanning, filing, and other related tasks.
- Maintain and update shared financial tracking spreadsheets.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with ad hoc financial tasks, including report preparation, month-end close support, audit assistance, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and financial responsibility
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
