As the Associate Manager of Global Events is responsible for the selection, organization, and execution of all samples, mockups and prototypes at all Global Events. Specific responsibilities include leading team meetings for sample selection, communicate selections to appropriate departments for execution based on timeline, arrange shipments for on-time arrival, direct after-show logistics, globally track, deliver assigned prototypes, and communicate any red flags to the appropriate departments.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the samples process from selection to execution for all Global Events
- Set and oversee deadlines and transit times to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain strong inter-departmental communication to manage the sample process for each Global Event
- Manage the Global Events Coordinator assigned to supportthe Samples Process
- Collaborate with Brand, Product Development, Procurement, and Mockup teams to ensure sample goals are met accordingly
- Establish and ensure the creation and upkeep of internal documents for effective organization
- Manage shipping and logistics for all Global Events samples and supplies
- On-site Global Event support (as needed)
- Performs other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in samples management, shipping, and logistics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
- Ability to organize and manage multiple sample SKUs & brands
- Knowledge of shipping logistics and timing
- Effective managerial skills with the ability to train and inspire a team
- Able to work cross functionally, collaboratively, and reciprocally with multiple departments
- Process oriented with a focus on the quality and enhancing process for a better output
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner
- Experience in the toy industry
- Experience in a consumer goods industry
- Experience with domestic and international shipping
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong knowledge of google drive and organization
- Experience in a global organization
- Multilingual a plus

What we offer:

The salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - 79,740.00 /Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
