Bookkeeper

Hi all,

Ademato Jewelry is a fast-growing luxury watch wholesaler seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to manage monthly financials, reconcile accounts, and assist with tax preparation. Must be familiar with QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Role Details

• Full-time position
• Tasks include bank/credit card reconciliations, financial reports, and organizing expenses
• Bonus if youve worked with product-based or inventory-heavy businesses

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
